The Südtirol Guest Pass is a year-round pass. - Where is the Südtirol Guest Pass available?
The Südtirol Guest Pass is available in the tourist offices in the Lana region. - From what age do guests receive the Südtirol Guest Pass?
Every guest starting from 6 receives the Südtirol Guest Pass. - Is there a Südtirol Guest Pass junior for children over 14?
No, children between 6 and 14 receive the normal Südtirol Guest Pass. - What does the Südtirol Guest Pass entitle you to?
The South Tyrol Guest Pass entitles you to use all public transport (public buses, regional trains and public cable cars) throughout South Tyrol during your entire stay at our resort. - How long is the Südtirol Guest Pass valid?
The Südtirol Guest Pass has a validity of 7 days.
- When does the Südtirol Guest Pass start to be valid?
As soon as the Südtirol Guest Pass is validated for the first time, it becomes valid.
- Does the guest receive the Südtirol Guest Pass also for just one night stay?
Yes, every guest lodging at our resort receives the Südtirol Guest Pass. - Is the Südtirol Guest Pass personal?
Yes, the Südtirol Guest Pass is personal and company-related and may not be passed on. The host must write the name of the guest and the period of the stay on the back of the card. - Does the guest receive a second Südtirol Guest Pass if he/she stays more than seven days?
For stays longer than 7 days, the guest receives a second Südtirol Guest Pass. - How is the Südtirol Guest Pass validated?
The Südtirol Guest Pass has to be validated before each journey. If your Südtirol Guest Pass is a contactless ticket, simply hold it in front of the sensor of the blue ticket validation machines. If your Südtirol Guest Pass has a magnetic stripe, simply insert it at the top of the blue ticket validation machine. - What happens if a Südtirol Guest Pass is illegible or not working?
Any illegible Südtirol Guest Pass can be replaced by your host with a new one. The illegible cards must be handed in at the tourist office.
- Will the usual GuestCard Meran and surroundings still be available from March?
The current GuestCard Meran and surroundings will no longer be available from March 1st, 2023. - Which mobility cards are still available for sale in the Lana region?
Guests in the Lana region can still buy the Museummobilcard and the Bikemobilcard in the tourist offices. The Buscard Meran is no longer available in the Lana region. - Where can I find timetables of public transport?

- Is there an app for public mobility?
With the südtirolmobil app, you have all the information at your fingertips at all times on your own smartphone. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
